All 3 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms, each with Cable TV and a third bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed which has a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. There is also a cot, a high chair and a stroller.

We bought our Florida villa near Disney for our own holidays and as an investment for the future. We selected our privately owned holiday home personally. It's ours and we're proud of it. We stay there ourselves, so naturally, we want to ensure it's properly equipped and well looked after.
Having decided to offer our private Florida holiday home for vacation rental, we are keen to ensure that our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay and do their bit to look after everything while they're there.

We recommend you choose your Florida villa yourself, to make sure it suits your requirements, rather than running the risk of being allocated a villa randomly by a booking agent. When relaxing in the pool area, you wouldn't want to be in the shade for half of the day, or overlooked by another villa located directly at the back of yours.

When choosing your Florida villa, bear in mind that our pool area is not overlooked and enjoys the Florida sunshine all day long.
Renting a private villa, you have the whole place to yourselves, and for the duration of your vacation, it's your home from home. You may choose to eat in or out, as you prefer. There are all the comforts and facilites of home. Laundry facilities allow you to stay on top of your washing. This means you don't need to take so many clothes away with you and you don't have a pile of washing to do when you get home.
