The Private Swimming Pool faces south, overlooking a lake. The pool area, incorporating a shaded Lanai, is fully screened and equipped with pool furniture. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized double bed, Walk-In Dressing Room, cable TV and an En-Suite Bathroom with double vanity unit and a large shower. The large Family Room has two large settees, coffee tables, lamps, cable TV, radio and CD player. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, dish washer, dual sink and waste disposal unit. The Nook has a dining table with six chairs. At the front of the villa is a quiet residential road. The villa is air conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. |

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, cable TV, wardrobes and a small En-Suite Bathroom which is conveniently accessible from the pool area. The Bathroom has a bath with an integral shower. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single on the top. The Utility Room has a washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a door into the garage. The Double Garage has ample space for two cars. |
